Engine 11

Unreal. My boyfriend and I were repeat customers of this place, we'd be here at least two or three times a month. We were even planning to eat dinner there tonight, but after our last experience, NEVER AGAIN! My boyfriend was told that he could smoke at the bar after 9pm, so when he lit up at 10:30, the barmaid demanded that he put it out because it bothered other people - WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE! Which means it was bothering HER! She was unspeakably rude, and when we asked to speak to a manager, it turned out to be her!!!!! Oh brother! If a manager can't even treat repeat customers with respect, how do you expect to stay in business? I cannot and will not support an institution as unbelievably rude as Engine 11, and I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Nothing special. A lot like taco mac except less beer and food isn't as good, but its also a lot less crowded.

Very overpriced bar food. Burgers where ok, but signature burgers where around $16. The fries it came with belong in a high school cafateria. They need to hire a chief to design a food menu to match the wonderful building and theme. To give you an idea how dead this place was.. Thursday at 7 pm they had 1 server working. There are much better choices.

i like the fact that its casual dinning restaurant i eat here mostly on my lunch breaks the food is soo yummy!!! also they have the best beer!!

The bartender wasn't friendly, they didn't have the liquor i wanted and she didn't even make a suggestion! The waitress was ok, but she wasn't aware of the menu changes. I got charged for juice because i wanted it on tge side and not in my liquor. I paI'd my high liquor bill even though i was totally unhappy! Then while i was lvn she (waitress) enough nerve to say we didn't leaving to say we need to leave the bartender a tip also of 20%! Because they were both suppose to get a tip...never again
