Only part of my order was delivered, two out of four items. Called customer service and they said they could not help me. One week later nobody has contacted me and no attempt has been made to rectify the situation.

I Don't believe this is a real business. If it is, it's the worst company I've ever done business with. Ordered flowers for my college daughter for Valentine's Day. They first said it was going to be delivered on the 13th ( Saturday). Then Sunday before 9pm. After checking the site alllll day, it still said being delivered. At 9pm I sent an email. At 9:01 I got a notification that they were delivered. But they weren't. No delivery. No flowers. Wasted time and money. What a joke. What was going to be a beautiful gesture to brighten my daughters day, turned into a joke. Don't use this business. Definitely not worth it if you want to do something special for someone you truly care about. Just purchase and deliver the flowers yourself.

WARNING: POOR delivery services. ONE. Just one call they attempted to reach me. They send the wrong flowers too. I requested a full refund for both orders. NEVER ORDER WITH this so called flower delivery company. Just dont there are more efficient services. Just don't, horrible experience.
