Kroger Floral

Very frustrated. I called Kroger the other day for information about flowers. The woman I spoke with wasnt able to give me the information I needed so told me to come in. I came in today and no one was at the floral department to help me.
I asked an employee if they could help me and they called numerous times for the floral department and no one came to help. I waited for 30 minutes and eventually just left.
I called Kroger and couldnt get in touch with the floral department so finally got in touch with someone else in a different department. Only to find the floral department is in a board meeting!
Shouldnt there always be someone available? Even if theres a meeting? Shouldnt there be better communication to employees so theyre aware of whats going on and can better assist customers?
I can only come in certain times so am incredibly frustrated. The person on the phone told me I need to come in for my floral questions..... its a vicious cycle. Very disappointed.
