Pinkberry

First visit at Pinkberry and this location. Diamond was the cashier. I couldn't order any smoothies because they're premixed and have ingredients I'm allergic. I opted for a frozen yogurt with toppings. At the register, I presented my gym membership card because there was a sign in the gym that stated members receive 15% off at this specific Pinkberry location. The cashier stated that she had no notification about the promotion. I showed her a picture of the sign and she responded with a lot of attitude. I asked to speak to her manager and she stated that she's one of the managers. I asked for a corporate number and store manager info, she said it's on the receipt. I politely informed her that it's not on the receipt and that I'd please like for her to write down the store manager's name and corporate phone number (I've worked in food service before, I know how this information is presented). She then refused to give me the store manager's name or corporate info for customer service. I asked for a different lid because the one she gave me was too big and said "they're over there" with an attitude while walking away and pointing in a general direction. I had to reach around the counter and get my own lid. I asked her once more for the store manager's info and she flat out ignored me and began telling the next customer their total. While I walked out, she was making snarky comments and I responded "you all need to take that sign down". At that point, I walked back in and asked for a refund because I refuse to ingest food prepared by someone with bad energy towards me. Refusing to honor an advertised discount is one thing. A bad attitude, slick comments, and blatant disrespect is another. I shouldn't catch flack, get into a rebuttal, be refused good service or solution, and have to maintain my composure while redeeming an advertised coupon. I don't appreciate that at all. I won't be returning. I probably won't go to any other Pinkberry locations either. I don't have these issues at Yogli Mogli or other yogurt shops. I will honestly continue going there.

Awesome per usual.. although 2 medium ice cream was 16$

Closed at 3:00p on a tuesday?? Just popped by this Pinkberry to find it locked up and no one staffed. Lights on, looks open? Super weird.
