I purchased a hookah and I received an email that my order was cancelled. However, the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I called for a few days and finally someone answered. I spoke with a man and he told me that he would give a call back with my order status. He never called me back. I made several calls for two days. The same man told me he was going to send me a tracking number. I never received the tracking number. The next day I called and he told me that he was going to send it again. Once again, I didn’t receive anything. I called them so much that they answered saying, “hello Rene”. Today I called and he told me that it’s out for delivery and he was going to send me the tracking number. He also gave me a cellphone number and told me that I would receive a text message with the tracking information. I waited a hour and texted the number and told “whoever” that I didn’t receive tracking AGAIN! He called and said, I’m sorry...“oh, he didn’t sent it?”. I told him no. He told me that it was about for delivery. 2 hours went by and I received “A” hookah. IT WAS NOT THE HOOKAH THAT I ORDERED!!!!! I received mixed matched pieces from other hookahs. Every part of the hookah is scratched and some peices are cracked. The rubber at the head on the tube has dirty debri all in the creases. Im very upset! I contacted the phone number I was given and there’s no answer and also sent pictures of their awful product! THIS HOOKAH IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! It is evident that it has been used. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF MY MONEY! I tried my best to work with them and I remained professional with every email, call (whenever they answered) and text message. I was fascinated with their hookahs and I was planning on purchasing 10 more. I will NEVER make another purchase with this company after this experience.
