Mr. Danquah's Office; female receptionist is so rude and unethical. I called in to receive information on my family member's case; and the person who answered the phone was the rudest front desk staff that I have ever came across in my life . She never listened, cut me off a lot of times in our conversation; throughout this 2 minute phone call I was unable to get my question across without so much negative comeback and so much hostile energy. Towards the end of the conversation, she said 'I was not listening to her and she was going to HANG UP the call." I disconnected the call for her. She never introduce herself, when I asked who I'm speaking with; she asked me what's my name and proceeded with no answer. Just for that treatment and other mishaps in the firm. We have decided to take our services somewhere else. Because if you treat your customers like that; I rather not give you my services. Also my mom received a letter from immigration in February, the law office just sent her an email late March. SERIOUSLY that's RIDICULOUS. Because with Immigration everything is done in a TIMELY MANNER. I have called this firm lots of time and visited also and never got this treatment. I was seriously shocked.
