It was hard to find because the GPS doesnt quite gather that theyre located inside of the Colony Square in an indoor eatery of sorts with like 6 other restaurants and a cocktail bar. I ordered the tropical parfait, the avocado toast, and the the hulk smoothie add ginger and pineapple. Total was $25 and change Parfait was best in city and its vegan Smoothie was sooooo tasty Toast was salty Overall Ill definitely be back

Ordered a kale salad, pleased that it was allergy-friendly. However, it was extremely salty and I had to take a sip of water after each bite. I feel like I couldve made the salad at home and saved myself the dehydration.

I am now a repeat customer, but when I first went there, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgable staff. I found my love for their protein shake called True Kick. Fills me up when I am not looking for a big meal to eat. The location uses organic ingredients and also has toast and wraps. I personally am a fan of their hummus wrap and avacado wrap. I was first like, ok this is a little wrap. Then when I took a bite, it was so much flavor in it. Ultimately if you are interested in something really quick they also have juices that are made with fresh ingredients. The acai bowl is closer to the parfait as far as sweetness. So round about this location serves fruit and vegetables in various forms, and yes it's vegan and vegetarian friendly.
