We were given a room and upon our entering it few minutes later there was a cockroach of literally giant proportions on the wall right next to the bed. I went to the front desk to buy some water and I did let the front desk know about this. His statement was as follows: sorry about that.

Service might change but don't expect breakfast without an extra charge. YOU NEED A CAR HERE!!
Outdoor pool only but does have a fitness room. There is laundry but it's $2 a load. There hotels at this price have it free n free breakfast. Only real staff interaction was asking for clean towels where I gave them 3 and they had none clean but would have ones for me in 30 mins and brought to room. Towels came clean n on time but only recieved 2 back haven't seen anyone since .
I will try and update after I have room service as they could easily change this review to have better at the same time because of location I couldn't never rate them at 5 stars unless they started offering free shuttle to somewhere walkable to food.
Also would need more handicap access for 5 stars seems to me it's minimal here unless there is something on the other side of the building only seen 1 ramp and what main entrance has. DID U SAY I LOVE THIS HIDE A BED LOVESEAT! LBS

They took care of issues I had. Definitely just doing there job for 95% of the people I talked to but things were done added more pics of whT the t.v. says
Rooms: For a fully remodeled place I expected more. Rooms are clean and nice but the way the have it arranged you cannot have the light n coffee pot plugged in at the same time.
Tp holder doesn't fit in the wall. With a complete make over why not get a thinner 1? Mini fridge is REALLY mini.
No microwave or tub. For some that doesn't matter but remember you are a 30 min walk from anywhere but what the hotel offers.
Bed and hide a bed are AMAZING.
they could easily make this hotel a 4 star but it is a 3 + at most. OVER ALL
The room itself is very nice and could easily sleep 2-3 in the king size bed and 2 on the hid a bed which I am completely obsessed with and would like to know where to get 1. See photos and please contact me if you know where I can get 1 lbvs. Closet is great with full mirror. Shower makes you want to stay in forever with hot water that lasts and great water pressure
Nearby activities: NOTHING!!! At least not without a car.
Nearest food is a 30 min walk.
Since I'm not driving with no car I cannot comment on things you can do with a car.
Medical buildings and express way.
Safety: Seems safe I mean there is NOTHING around here and it uses keycards with heavy doors for the building so no worries here
Walkability: NOTHING and I mean NOTHING
30 min walk to nearest food according to Google, but I use a walker and I don't see much sidewalks,so I didn't attempt it.
GOOD news there is a bus that picks up right at the entrance to the parking lot. Idk where it goes though sorry.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is additional charge.
They have a Starbucks like place in hotel but opens at 5pm and a pizza (small/personal size)if you flattened a football it would be a little bigger then the pizza for $12 ,not horrible but I was real hungry and if I wasn't I would never spend the $12 on pizza that size. Ate half b4 I took the pic but there is a pic, I tried to spread it our so you ha e an idea of the size. So my suggestion is dry n some fidge food if staying any length of time walmart delivers here
Noteworthy details: I have not found any public transportation either except uber but also only spoke to 1 person so far who secretly recorded our conversation when she talked to me till I caught on and the next time I seen her I think she was following me till my husband looked at her and she turned around.
I may just be paranoid after being isolated for close to 2 years but definitely weird for me.Pool says closed but looks good so idk if that was timing.
I can't say enough how much I love the hid-a-bed loveseat.
Heat/ac is confusing. In wall what looks like a window air conditioner is really the heater n does not do air. Wall thermostat I believe only does air but tbh I really don't know and can't get the room to stay comfortable till I put them both at the same temp n just rolled with it .lol. at first I thought the thermostat is what I should use n the wall unit was just there because the remodel taking out maybe would be worth it but froze lbs then thought ok maybe that is what we use but still didn't work right so I just put on both. Maybe this is a South or electronic thing but this is the first time I ever seen a set up like this.
