Five stars is not enough for this investigator. After utilizing several process servers over an entire year, we were ready to throw up our hands and concede that the elusive individual we were looking for couldn’t be found. After researching and reading reviews I selected this agency. After a telephone consult during the pandemic I decided to go with ICU out of the three I interviewed. This agency has all kinds of resources to locate absolutely ANYBODY. In less than a week, he located this individual and she was finally served! I’m so thankful I reached out to ICU. I spoke with PI John earlier today and the conversation we had was very mind easing. I was struggling to find a PI that was reliable and informative as well as not interested in squeezing all the money I have out of me he was very informative and to the point with all the procedures. I am looking forward to hire their services.
