Hair was found in my food and my order was wrong I ordered through Uber eats and they basically told me there was nothing they could do besides cancel my order I spent $80 just for them to say cancel the order very unprofessional

I love the food and the concept. Order from here 2-3 times per week. Mostly delivery through Door dash. I started using the app to order and have had several problems. The main one is you can't contact anyone there. Every order is missing something. I drove to the restaurant and she told me they don't know where their phone is and will not give me any information to contact manager/owner/corporate or anyone that can give me refund or comp on items not delivered that I paid for. I have sent several messages through the app feedback. Still no call back or refund.i will not order from this place again without a call back from somebody. Anybody. Doesn't matter who calls me. I can't even call it terrible customer service because there hasn't been any customer service.

Had an online order from here. My smoothie was so frozen I couldnt even sip it through the straw. A waste of my money
