These guys used to be okay, 3 stars or so. But it's like they've completely abdicated their responsibilities. Our last 3 inquiries, through their portal and email, have been ignored. Their enforcement is biased and uneven. I'm not sure how they decide who has to follow the rules and who gets a pass. I was young and stupid when I bought a house in an HOA community. These guys are a complete waste of money. Picture is of a house in my neighborhood that's been abandoned for a decade. No one ever held accountable. Just one of many problems. ETA: they say they responded to our request. All I seeis a message that may or may not be automated that they'll look into our request. Nothing after that. Sorry but that doesn't count as a response.

Property with tenants owned by investors (Progress Residential) has grass that has been growing for the last two months, bags of trash has been sitting outside on the front steps for 3 weeks now, trash on the side of home along with a dresser. The last of the sorry HOA members at Lexington Park, Stockbridge GA doesn't do their volunteer job they signed up for (We see you driving around in your car once a month) we all have cameras these days Do I need to list the make and model of your car?? Do your job!!!! If we see these things you should as well. If we report these issues these should be addressed not brushed under the rug!
