Our organization was a customer of Pollock Company for several years without issue. We had a problem that was pretty significant to us when we tried to return an older machine. Though I was initially frustrated, when the matter was forwarded to CEO Ed Pollock we were able to resolve the issue. I found Mr. Pollock to be professional, kind, and honest through the entire interaction. He represented his company well, and was fair in his interactions with me. Even though we had a problem that was too complex to be easily resolved, I'm grateful the leadership at Pollock investigated it thoroughly and gracsioiusly resolved the issue.
