I think the managers name is Dennis, I could be wrong though. Anyways he is there every time we attend. He has the best customer service skills of anywhere Ive ever been. Always is incredibly patient with my teenager and he always likes asking him questions because he always makes him feel like he is the only person in the room. So aside from me getting nailed by plastic bbs, this place is first class!!

My kiddo loves the place and goes almost every weekend. Dennis is professional, kind, engaging, invested, and awesome! One night my husband ran 45 mins late past closing and Dennis was sitting in his car near my kid waiting to make sure we eventually showed to pick him up. That is truly an above and beyond commitment to the young folk of the airsoft community. AND they're dog friendly !!

My son wanted his 13th birthday here this past weekend. So many pros, where do I start. They were ready for my kiddo and had all the rentals charged and ready. The facility was closing at 6 for a private event but we had a party booked until 7 so the kids got a private facility for an hour. The staff is so friendly and so accommodating. The only negative I can give is regulars use the party room as a viewing room so we constantly had to tell people that it was a private party. There is a door on the room but its gets claustrophobic in there so it was easier to just tell people to leave.
