Cake flowers was not full. Flowers not fresh. Poorly crafted. You can see all the green sponge material. What a mess. I paid for the highest one and a Mylar balloon. I have been calling and no mailbox or answer. Dont do business with them

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my partner for Valentine's Day and paid extra for a specific delivery time AND contacted them to discuss time of delivery because the place they were delivering to is a school. The flowers did not show up, still have not showed up, my partner is off work, and I have not even gotten a phone call from them. I have tried calling more than once. I will continue to try and get in contact with someone from this company, but I will NEVER, EVER use them again. I have used them several times in the past and nothing like this has ever happened.

Ordered an anniversary bouquet for $80 two weeks in advance to support locally and because they were close to my girlfriend's house. They were timely with delivery but did not even wait for someone to answer the door so the flowers sat outside for who knows how long. Half of them were wilted a day after the were delivered. Definitely not a distance issue, the delivery spot was 20 min from their store. After barely a week petals are falling off everywhere, not worth the money at all. The buds that were supposed to "grow" were wilted already because the other foliage they put in the bouquet sucked up all the nutrients. Order flowers somewhere else.
