I've needed Lisa and her teams help quite a few times. They / she is alway polite, fast and informative. My first experience with Lisa was in July of 2020. My magic Tilt trailer fender broke off the trailer. Looked like a simple fix, planned to do it myself. Contacted Magic Tilt they gave me a list of dealers in my area but Boating Atlanta was not high on their list or not the main two that the young lady suggested I check with. Well after over two weeks of phone calls, emails and going to the other two places more than once trying to get some help to just order the fender for me, everyone giving me the COVID excuse, I was at the hand in the air point. Thought I was going to have to drive to Florida, Magic Tilt head quarters, they were not particularly helpful either, COVID excuse again. Anyway to Lisa, on a hunch I stopped in, gave Lisa my story, she picks up a phone and my fender show up at my address in less than two weeks. Took her all of 3 minutes to help me and made it look as easy as I thought is should. I was most grateful and always am for her guidance.
