Canton Dental is honestly the best dental office my family will ever go too. They are always so generous and kind. Means alot to us, especially my daughter. She always feels welcomed there. The care is top notch and the environment is inviting! Definitely 5 star care and will always refer people to them!

Terrible experience at the Canton location. We were excited to take our daughter here for her first dentist appt. after hearing glowing reviews about the owner. The dentist McMoron has a poor bedside manner and poor communication skills. When he decided she had a cavity he said he would try to fill it and I asked him if there would be any loud noise and he said no. I was very confused when he did not polish the filling down so I asked the assistant about it. He came back in huffy and polished it smooth finally and I told him not to pull on her lip so hard because it was hurting her to which he barked "I'm not" in a very defensive way. No fluoride over the tooth after polish I guess they forgot. I asked the girls up front if there was another pediatric dentist available for her next visit because she is now traumatized and of course there's not. Sooo months later we come back in because another tooth which "did not have a cavity" according to the dentist had chipped off and he filed it down. After speaking with friends and family in the dental community about this, they said I should ask for an x-ray which of course they weren't able to do because my 2 year old wasn't co-operative, but let's be honest the girl didn't really try and there was no sedation ordered. I was irritated about everything, willing to give them another chance before receiving a letter in the mail stating that my daughter could no longer receive care there. When I asked the office manager about it, I was given no explanation only told that my needs would be better fulfilled elsewhere. YES, YES THEY WOULD! Update: another dentist fixed her front tooth elsewhere. Confirmed it was a cavity.
