Progressive Remodeling & Roofing

This company financially unstable. I worked with them for a almost 3 years and in the past 6 months they started not being able to pay their bills. They owe me over $28k in wages and have filed a complaint for theft of wages with Hillsborough County Consumer Protection Agency. They haven't paid roofing crews for labor, they haven't paid their project manager for work done either. This contractor also owns and operates Castlebrook Restoration and Roofing with James Wiles and I would stay away from both of them. They do not close out their permits either.

My wife and I worked with Scott Burns of Progressive Remodeling & Roofing Company. He really went above and beyond our expectations. He's very professional and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be accomplished. He helped us to save money, meanwhile gaving us the best quality of work. Before choosing to work with him, we consulted at least four other roofers, so we know the average price of replacing our roof. What Progressive Remodeling and Roofing Company quoted us was very reasonable and even less expensive than others. Scott also worked with our insurance adjuster, that was extremely helpful. It was very heartwarming to have a person like Scott who's very passionate about what he's doing, be so responsible, caring and helpful. We really appreciate the work Progressive Remodeling and Roofing Company did for us, we highly recommend Progressive Remodeling & Roofing Company, especially Scott, to anyone who is need construction at their house.

I went to the store and was very impressed to see the assortment of flooring, carpets, roofing materials, etc... Scott was very nice and professional as he walked me thorough his awesome store! I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself!
