Sprint / t-mobile has terrible phone coverage would not recommend and am switching asap.

Poor customer service.. Waited 2 hours only to find out they didn't have my phone in stock. After trying this location 4 different times with bad experiences every time we now drive past this location to go to the Monroe store. Have not had a single problem ever since we started using the Monroe location.

Horrible customer service, added a line I didn’t request to my account and the price was not what we were told. Still waiting on the $200 customer appreciation gift card (6 months later)

I brought my Mom in to get her a new phone and move her [other provider] line to my T-Mobile account. Ash treated us both wonderfully and was exceptionally patient with both of us. Ash and her manager both went above and beyond to facilitate the transaction and made our experience memorable. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The customer service is wonderful at the sprint store. But once we got service plan it was supposed to be only $45 monthly, with 2 phones $90 monthly. We received our first bill it was over $280 a month. We’ve been paying this for 2 years now. Our contract is up and now our phones don’t act right. They glitch, we have difficulty texting and calling. All because they want us to sign on to another contract. Which will NOT HAPPEN. WE WILL BE GOING WITH TOTAL WIRELESS SOON
