Called on Friday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on Saturday (between 9 and 11). They didn’t show up for the appointment. I called the number provided in my schedule confirmation and had them message the on call person, asking they call about the service appointment. Never heard back from them. I used Aire Serv in Covington to install a new hvac system a few years ago. The customer service was great. My understanding is the Covington business is now under new ownership?

I was contacted an hour after leaving a message about my broken blower motor. William showed up shortly after and diagnosed the problem. He arrived the next day with the replacement part and had the AC blowing in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable! Wouldn't hesitate to call them again!
