Outstanding Customer Service! Melinda and David accomodated a very short notice repair and service requirement. Fantastic communication from Melinda, David showed up early and even suggested an upgraded assembly from our 1970's model. Again, overall outstanding experience!

Great service! Long story short... we moved into a house with a central vacuum. I had no idea how to use it. Called All about central vacuums and sweet Melinda sent David out. He went through and got everything working great, showed me how to use it, and I was able to purchase a house kit from him. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Melinda and David are outstanding! We had a central vac at our prior home and moved to a new house without central vac. We are so lucky to have found All About Central Vacuums this time around. After doing considerable online research and contacting several different central vacuum installers, Melinda was the only one who called me back and could give me a preliminary estimate. She also was able to set up the install in days vs weeks. David come to do the install in one morning and did a fantastic job; he was neat, worked quickly yet efficiently, and was extremely courteous. Melinda was very pleasant to deal with via phone and e-mail and the cost of everything was right in line with what we had budgeted for the central vac. Our house is not new, but David had no problems with getting all of the installation done as a retro fit. The vacuum itself works wonderfully; I tease that the suction is so good, it could pull up small children! I would highly recommend All About Central Vacuums to anyone thinking about purchasing a system.

David and Melinda were great to work with! I love family businesses as opposed to some stuffy corporate types, and these folks are great. David came out and assessed what we needed, and scheduled a return trip to install. On installation day, they showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and were done very quickly. David also gave me some great pointers about our system as we finish up construction on our house. If you’re in the market for a central vacuum, these are the people to deal with!
