I was a little hesitant when I saw there was only 1 review and it was 3 years old. I gave them a call last night pretty late and they called me back ASAP this morning and worked with me on an issue I was facing. Ben was very professional and helpful and I definitely recommend giving him a call or visit for any tech issues you might face.

Had the pleasure of meeting Ben while working with a mutual client in Alpharetta. His knowledge, competence & organizations skills were downright amazing. He shows compassion for his work & helped with networking issue at a business that prevented me from linking merchants cc equipment to a new point of sale. He took a step further & setup the credit card Ethernet addresses in each device. This was my first experience with Ben and HiTechPC, but will definitely not be my last! Loved the fact that he even labeled all the devices as to prevent any future confusion!! Top-Rate!!
