My husband bought me flowers for Valentines Day and it was not the greatest experience. What was delivered was not like the picture he chose online . It was a smaller less quantity version. He ordered am delivery and was delivered in afternoon. Tried to reach the business several times and phone was always busy. Also address is incorrect as that location is no longer there.

I would give a fraction of a star if I could. It looks like it is Google marked this place "Permanently closed" though you can still order from their site, but don't. With delivery, I paid almost $100 for 5 roses. The picture on the site showed 16. This scam of a florist should be closed!

I ordered through AvasFlowers.com and they farmed it out to this place.  What a massive disappointment.  I've attached a photo of what we ordered versus what we got.  RIP OFF!!  Paid nearly $100 for a luscious full bouquet.  We were offered 4 sizes to choose from S-M-L-XL.  I selected the LARGE to keep it under the $100 mark.  What we got wouldn't qualify for a SMALL arrangement.  Old flowers and pitiful.  I was hugely embarrassed, as this was a gift to someone special, and of course they wouldn't say anything.  DO NOT USE!

The owner is a racist...I look for the good in people but, I had the worst experience with the owner of this business, please bear with me as I am beyond upset, I gave her multiple opportunities to resolve the issue at hand and to better understand the need for her racist statements in regards to our conversation. The quality of the flowers were poor at best, all that was required was for her to change the vase, she refused to do so by just saying it cost her more money... but the request for a green vase is on the original order and my in-laws paid the additional cost for the vase when they placed the order.She mentions to my wife and I, based on our last name she didn't feel it would be a problem not getting the vase and she went on to say that I should understand her situation. I did try to understand the situation of her shop not providing the correct vase, maybe she didn't have one in stock, well she did have them in stock, in fact there were two on the shelf at the front counter... she refuse to resolve the matter by swapping out the vase. At this point I had to revisit she racist statements, because there was more than one, when asked what did she mean by "we would understand" and "we should understand her situation" based on our last name... all she could say was you know... you know... NO I do not know... sorry, I have to honest I live in the community where this florist has her business. I told her that I'm the type of guy that doesn't except ugliness, racist statements or customer being miss treated. I went on to tell her that this is a great community with wonderful people and that if she really doesn't stand what she said, she should consider moving out of this community. I cannot recommend this floors nor will I allow any of my friends and family members to purchase from them. Ok, RANT IS OVER!!!

I'll continue the trend echoed below: Terrible experience and not even worth one star. My dad ordered my mom a dozen roses from this poor excuse of a florist. He paid $147 and the delivered bouquet was absolutely pitiful and appeared nothing like the online image. No baby's breath included, no support for the tall stems, and the 6 of the blooms had completely drooped and died within 2 days. When my dad called to explain the situation, no one would return his call.
