We were referred to Van at Sharp's through a friend of my wife's when our A/C unit stopped running. Van was able to schedule an appointment with us very quickly and the communication and promptness was great. He came out, replaced the motor and capacitor on our 2-ton Rheem unit and was kind enough to answer my questions and explain about the unit vs. newer units, how long they can last, why it needed replacing, etc. He was a complete gentleman, very friendly and completed the work quickly. Best of all the price was VERY fair. I am extremely pleased with his work and the results and would recommend Sharp's in a heartbeat to my neighbors and friends. Excellent experience. They fit me into their schedule quickly, and were able to diagnose the issue with my HVAC and make the repair in the same visit. Reasonable pricing and excellent service.
