This was my 1st time using Mobile Mechanic 24/7. I work from home and didn't want to spend my day in a shop. This was the 3rd Mobile Mechanic business I researched and decided to "go on faith" with them because the reviews were consistent. Within a day through texts- I received my quote and booked my Tune Up. Kyle- the Owner was a pleasure to work with. He had already purchased the necessary parts, was patient with my 50 questions, took his time explaining the wildlife evidence under my hood, and took great care in cleaning the area thoroughly, before he completed the Tune-up. He performed a diagnostic- checking for any additional issues, and was concerned about my coolant and filled that at no cost. Everything was done professionally, friendly and with care.
