Mr Sullivan was very professional, he assisted me in searching for a home and buying within my budget. It is very difficult buying, especially when you are residing in another state, however, Mr Sullivan took the time to go through each and every detail with me. I am extremely satisfied with the service he and his team provided, I would recommend him anytime!!!!

Wow, as I read over the other reviews it’s as if everyone is speaking of a different person. My experience with this gentleman was a nightmare. Mr. Sullivian did not express absolute loyalty nor care in my case. Thanks to him, it took thousands of dollars to climb out of the hole he dug for me. My advice would be to proceeded with caution.
