To start, there is a new owner of this shop. The older, good reviews are about the past owner. The new owner is unprofessional and a rip-off. First off, this is not same day service!! It took him 10 days to give me my laptop back. He said he called me tomorrow with a diagnoses and a price, because I told him give me a price before you fix it. He never calls, you have to call him. I truly think he did not look at the laptop until the 5th day, because I called back, and he had nothing to say about the condition/cost. So I dropped in the store the 5th day to check up. He said "oh, I fixed the keyboard; all I had to do was plug back in a wire. It will be $85". Ugh... First off, I told him to call about price/diagnoses before he messed with it. Second, I clearly described the problem that my laptop randomly shuts down and I think it's because of the hard drive or battery. I never said anything about the keyboard!! My keyboard was fine. I SHOWED him the real problem (as clear as daylight if he tried turning it on). He laughs and said "why didn't you tell me the computer can't be turned on?" He clearly did not listen. Then he says "I will take another look, but the will have to charge more". I was upset I had to pay more, because he did not listen and fix it correctly the first time. I think it took all so long to get my computer fix, because he told me he took it to another computer shop. He does that when he can't fix it. Why are you taking it to another shop?!? If you can't fix it yourself, give it back and I will take it to the other shop, so I don't have to pay you for nothing. I give him 0 stars if I could. Bottom line, he is wish-washy on the price, forgetful, unorganized, and overpriced.
