What's a zip tie replacement for a cooler cpu and a BIOS reboot? $100, ok cool thanks for the BIOS update minus the cooler lockdown like I hoped for. Really, they were very nice and all, but zip ties would've done my computer quite well and at the price they were charging, I don't think it was totally unreasonable to charge me a little extra for that instead of directing me to a different store several dozen miles away. If you're old and don't know what a email is, they're probably great, but I can't endorse it. I'll give you a bonus star for first customer discount. Lessons can be learned both ways, and I appreciate them.

Ash was very responsive, gave an estimate before proceeding (billed less than his estimate), requested permission before proceeding to make changes, explained everything in terms a non-techie could understand, and returned to me a computer that hasn't worked as well since3 it was first purchased. He is my "go to" computer guy and I suggest you make him your "go to" computer guy - you will be happy you did - Ash will do what it takes to make you happy!!

Ash, the technician for Tech4u, was on time. He saved me money rather than charging me more money. He gave me valuable advice about other equipment that I can add to improve my efficiency, even though he doesn't profit from me getting the equipment he told me about. He was able to set up an appointment quickly for me and solve my problem the next day. Ash was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Overall, the service was very good. I highly recommend Tech4u.
