Essential Meals 2Go! is a meal prep program that is a subsidiary of Nyansapo Wellness Institute, Inc which works to offer plant-based wellness experiences for professionals on the go!

We provide internationally inspired plant-based flavors that are all whole foods. We also offer healthy and mostly organic plant-based meals for professionals on the go. PRE-ORDER meals for the week starting SATURDAY. You have until FRIDAY at MIDNIGHT to get your orders in. Pick-up and Delivery are on Sundays.

Nationwide shipping is available on Mondays. ESSENTIAL MEALS 2GO! meal prep service is your stepping stone to incorporating more nutrient dense plant-based foods into your diet. International flavors delivered to your door. We Shop. We Prepare. YOU Enjoy! We offer the SAMPLE BUNDLE (3 Meals + 3 Juices), 3-DAY (6 Meals), 4-DAY (8 Meals) and 5-DAY (10 Meals) Plans. Select from our weekly menu. Choose from the following options: Pick-up, Delivery and Shipping (We Ship Nationwide). Eco-Friendly meal prep containers also available. I ordered the Palate Reset kit and it came promptly, well organized and was a holistic package of oils, bath products and even a tongue scrapper. It was very helpful on my wellness journey. I highly recommend Chef Bee and her products.

I desire to live a healthier lifestyle and what better way to do so than incorporating a plant-based diet. I knew the transition would be a bit of a challenge, so I started looking into meal prep; and I am so thankful I found Chef Beee's Essential Meals 2Go! When I say the food and service was good I mean it. I was excited to get my package on time. It was so convenient. I had to portion it out so I wouldn't eat it all in one or two days. It was that good. And the cookies. Yes. You know how hard it is to find vegan (plant based) desserts? I am definitely going to order again and highly recommend the service!
