We have been using this company since 1999. We prefer to purchase from local vendors and while it has been a great company up until recently I was disappointed in the lack of communication when they changed the order minimum amount required of $100 for a delivery. Our orders have rarely met that minimum in the last 5 years and it was only in the recent year that I have had any issue. The minimum requirement was not the disappointing part... it was the lack of communication. I was told I would be called back and almost 2 weeks later we were still waiting on confirmation that we would need to purchase our supplies else where. When I called the lack of concern that a customer had basically been ghosted for 2 weeks seemed of little concern to the gentleman that answered the phone. I am very disappointed in the way things are ending with this company and I can only hope they take the treatment of their customers seriously for the sake of their future customers.
