YOU DESTROYED MY SILK RUG!! I cannot believe that a company operates like this. You boost 90+ years in the business but you DESTROYED my rug with no consideration what so ever. I am so hurt! I had my rug for 28+ years. My husband was stationed in Europe and we purchased that rug in Germany. I told you have special the rug was to our family and YOU DESTROYED IT!! To add insult to injury, you have NOT returned my rug back to me and it has been now almost 2 years and I have been calling and sending certified mail and you have NOT called or sent me any response AT ALL!! WHY?

I took my grandmother's rug that belonged her her mother to the shop. It has been through the ringer and was duct taped. The guy who helped me was very nice helped me get the career out of my van. Also made sure it was able to be saved or if I'd have to trash it. He came back and said it could be saved if I was willing to put the money into it. I'm sending it to her siblings in Cali with the money she left so I was down. He quoted me 50 less then I was quoted on phone for a deep clean and surprisingly it wasn't that much to put a new back on. He even showed me a sample and said it would have its own padding in the backing so I didn't need to have any extra under it. Sadly I can't remember his name but I totally give him a 5 star I'm customer service. Very friendly, helpful, thorough, if I have any other rugs to fix or clean in the future I'm definitely going back. I'll update when I get my rug

Repeat customer here. Sharian always does a great job - why go anywhere else? What's also convenient is if you are looking to purchase, they resale rugs as well as have a showroom full of new rugs.

Professional, friendly,knowledgeable. All employees are courteous! I've taken many rugs there. EXTREMELY happy with their rug care!!

The service was friendly. The price was affordable. Ill certainly continue to get my rugs cleaned here. In addition, it is family owned and something about it being family owned makes it a lot more wholesome.
