Came to wait for someone to get released & tried to go inside thinking I could wait inside like at Gwinnett & this woman officer storms up to me with an obvious attitude on her face & asks what I want. So I tell her & she says, "Uhuh, you gotta wait outside" & passes me & shoves the door open. Such an attitude, like I'm supossed to know that. And nevermind the fact that it's 11 at night & this is a bad area. Way to represent the police force lady  It's no wonder this place has such a bad rep. If they treat people not in there that way imagine how they treat people in there!! Infuriating.

My name is K Brown and I was born in Kingston, Jamaica. I moved to Atlanta, Georgia when I was 11 or 12 years old. When I moved to Atlanta, Georgia around May 1992  we stayed in Stone Mountain, Georgia. My mother, Carmen Light, was going through a divorce in 1994 and took her anger out on me and went to the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office and told one of the police officers or one of the employee's a lie on K Brown. K Brown was there at the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office and the police officer told K Brown's mother, Carmen Light, that K Brown had did nothing wrong. K Brown agreed with the police officer and she left. K Brown has visited the Lilburn Police Department several times and I have filed a police report on several people, the names are the following, Quarthro Burton, Carmen Light, Paul or Dave Chambers, Colleen Fearon and a couple of people for hitting her cars. These police reports were filed under one police officer named, Officer Suk, who gave K Brown his e-mail address. K Brown still visits the Lilburn Police Department, in Lilburn Georgia. K Brown was in the Gwinnett County Detention Center on  December 15, 2016 for marking (2) court papers at the Gwinnett County Courthouse in Lawrenceville, Georgia. K Brown still pleas not guilty during zoom in February 2023 and court in May 2021 because one of the Magistrate Clerk's gave K Brown (2) court papers for free. K Brown also called Mercy Walker or Mercy Hudson when she was in the Gwinnett County Detention Center in  December 15, 2016. A lawyer got K Brown out of the Gwinnett County Detention Center. K Brown also had court while in the Detention Center, but K Brown couldn't say anything. K Brown's mother, Carmen Light, also attended court. K Brown's case with Viewpoint Health Center is closed and K Brown is trying to end her case with Salveo Integrative Health. K Brown is waiting to get her disposition letter or her disposition paper from the courthouse in Lawrenceville, Georgia so that she can get her background check complete so that she can start working in a childcare center. K Brown is going to have to file a police report on Mr. Eno for holding K Brown's modeling contract. Mr. Eno's address is 2470 Windy Hill Road, Suite #261, Marietta Ga 30067. His phone number cannot be given out. K Brown gave Mr. Eno her modeling contract to hold for her because K Brown was trying to move out of her house in Lilburn, Georgia. Mr. Eno has been holding K Brown's modeling contract for about (8) years. This is fraud and abuse. Thank you.

Terrible processes. Staff that doesn't care. It's taken me almost a month to submit a police report. I can say with confidence that every office I've dealt with in Dekalb County has gone above and beyond to offer the worst possible service in the hopes that you will give up trying to make them do any work. Some of the people I've encountered have been kind, but the overall system is just brain dead. What a joke.

Talk about SCUM OF THE EARTH. Dekalb County Jail and their employees are the paragon of lying trash whose mothers should be ashamed to have birthed such lowly, cruel and distasteful abominations! Your children are scum and a direct reflection of you!!! I was picked up by a sheriff because apparently a warrant for my arrest was put out for not paying a traffic ticket I thought I had paid. When the sheriff picks me up, I go peacefully all the while explaining to him that I do not think what he is doing is right. The sheriff transports me to Dekalb County Jail and left a good note about me. While under the care of Dekalb County Jail, I was hog tied, physically attacked by a group of men in swat armour, harassed, physically harmed by the nurse on duty through injection, had my due process rights violated and intentionally kept over night although my bond was posted early that day by my mother. They asked for my urine, they never said for what, and I refused explaining to them that I am not required to give them my biological property. After they hog tied me, a woman came to check on my mental health and she told the abominable scum bags that absolutely nothing was wrong with me. Shortly after, I was transported by a single female officer to the mental ward and she warned me to do whatever they say. The scum bags lied in their deposition and fraudulently stated I was transported by something called their J.E.S.T. Team. I did not heed her advice. After being placed in the mental ward, I thought to myself if they are going to treat me like I am crazy then I am going to act crazy. I began to make rhythmic beats on the wall to entertain myself. I found a pencil and began to draw on the wall. Finally, I start singing the Freddy Kruger song.. "1..2.. Freddy's coming for you.." and this begins to make the woman in the cell next to me scream. This made LPN Ingrid Davis upset and she screamed at the woman to shut up. LPN Ingrid Davis then threatened to inject me with drugs to make me sleep if I didn't shut up too. I did not shut up. I was pissed they kept lying about why I was there, saying they are checking my prints and waiting on reports to come back. Liars!!! I was pissed about being forced to dress in literal paper sheets and freezing because they would not provide me a blanket in an all metal room. The bunk didn't even have a mattress. The nurses and doctor on duty became entirely unresponsive until I made the woman in the cell next to me scream. Never once did I attempt to or speak about harming myself. Ingrid Davis came to the cell and began making small chat with me. She asked me a bunch of questions until she could make up a LIE to forcibly drug me. Ingrid Davis lied in her deposition and said I was banging my head on the wall and tried to jump off of the toilet to hurt myself. Ingrid Davis called a team of men armoured down to the socks to restrain me while she injected me in both cheeks of my buttocks with something that knocked me out and made me very ill after awaking. I filed an internal affairs report and I went to the bar to hire an attorney to pursue litigation. The attorney who decided to help was Robb Ortman. He told me he would make the case public by taking it to the news, but this never happened. I was also informed that he was unable to get the video recording from that night because the jail deleted it. I do appreciate the work and thousands he put in for 2/-3 years on my behalf. This is what Robb told me concerning my case:11/27/2013: ...The bad news is that the attorney assigned to represent Davis, MHM, Quinn & Mendoza is a prick. He filed what's called a Rule 11 letter demanding that we dismiss the claim because it contradicts Nurse Davis' story.  He then filed a motion to dismiss (which isn't rare in cases like there).... the prick's motion misrepresented the law to the Court twice and I called him on it.  In short, I don't see it happening, but I still have to let you know... 06/04/2014: ... They claim emergency situation, you claim being a pain. I think we have a good shot. Your medical records were submitted sealed so the public can't see it, but nurse notations that you were "pleasant, cooperative, etc." ... !! 09/28/2015: "Bad news, Autumn. The Court kicked out your case stating that "there was an emergency situation" and, as I feared, ... You have 30 days to appeal but in the Circuit, it's probably a worthless and very costly endeavor.  ... -- since the Michael Brown incident and black lives matter initiative, civil rights cases have become nearly impossible to win in Federal Court with the Judges siding with the cops 99.99999% of the time. Let me know you received this, please."10/06/15: You have 30 days from the date of the decision (September 23) to file a notice of appeal in the US District Court for North Georgia. The fee is $505 last time I checked.  You would need to hire another attorney as 90% of cases are upheld ... Sorry again. I fucking hate the Federal Court did this to you.
