From the initial call for an estimate to the completion of the job everything was timely and efficient. I called them on Monday and they did the job the following day. The price quoted was the price paid even though it had been 4 months since Jeremy call out and did the estimate. The crew was respectful and professional. Dons tree service did an excellent job and their customer service was quite impressive. They kept us updated on our appointment, called during the job to see how it was going and followed up afterwards to make sure everything went well, plus her crew left the area clean of debris. I am glad we supported a local small business and would use them again.
