P&Q recently replaced all of the carpet in our upstairs bedrooms & closets. From first follow-up call to installation, the team and the process of getting the job finalized was painless. Pricing was very good, and the install team worked extremely hard to produce a quality result.
I will definitely use P&Q again. Two areas I would like to see improved are:
1) the carpet selection in the Doraville location was not very good - perhaps the other location has more of a selection. In our situation, we already knew the carpet options we wanted ahead of time, and P&Q was able to quote all of them, so we had no problems at all with selection. If you need more options with a lot of samples, might want to check the other location.
2) the relentless requests for a review were annoying - please stop your marketing company from emailing every other day - I almost docked a star just for that, but the rest of the experience was great.

I used P&Q Flooring once before several years ago for our master bedroom and was very pleased with the pricing, installation and overall service. So in February 2019 I had them tear out and replace carpet in a bedroom. Once again i am completely satisfied with the carpet purchase and installation experience. i highly recommend P & Q Flooring !

Definitely recommend this company ..Stu answered my first call and we connected immediately on a customer-service basis. Then the installers came out, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up after themselves. Carpet looks great!!
