Excellent quality and customer service! The arrangement I ordered was delivered several hours earlier than promised and there have been more compliments on these flowers than any other I've purchased and sent! Will definitely use this company again!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORSE THAN ANY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE IN MY LIFE. PLEASE READ BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. Customer service is AWFUL, deliveries not made timely and Randall is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I called and ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. They were not delivered and no one attempted to call me. The next morning I get a voicemail letting me know my flowers weren't delivered. Randall answered the phone and proceeded to YELL at me (the customer) telling me that I gave him the wrong phone numbers and address. I spelled and confirmed the address with him over the phone and he still got it wrong, blaming it again on me. I couldn't get a word in at all because he was yelling at me about how I was being stupid and this was all my fault. I ended up telling him I just wanted my money back and for him to not deliver the flowers and that I was going to leave a review about how poorly he treated me. He then said "go ahead honey, everyone will just laugh at you". Extremely misogynistic and rude. I will never give my money to this establishment.

I would have given this company zero stars if possible. This piece of work, Randall, hung the phone up in my face when I was trying to discuss with him about being out of place by calling my husband about a surprise gift that he had delivered to me for Mother's Day. He stated that he was a Christian, but he did not behave in a Christian manner on May 7th when he called my husband. My husband and I have been happily married for over 20 years. I asked my husband not to every use this company again.I did not appreciate his unsoliicited comments about our marriage just because I told the driver that I did not care for all of the white flowers they, The Flower Cottage & Gifts, had in the flower arrangement. If you have to tell someone that you are a Christian, to me that means you know that your behavior or character is not Christ like. Not to mention my name was misspelled. I will tell as many friends and neighbors that I know not to patronize this company. Yes, I refused to accept the flower arrangement, but NOT because it was from my husband. I initally refused the flower arrangement because of the number of white flowers that was in it. This person called and told my husband that I knew the flowers were from him, but refused to accept them, anyway. That was not the reason at all. Randall was totally out of his lane. This was uncalled for! Get thee yonder satan!

They are a great group of people. They seem to have a steady flow of clients.I wouldn’t be surprised if more are repeats. Randell (I’m not sure I spelled his name right) is a great individual and bent over backwards to help me . This is COVID compliant place at the time I’m writing this, so only three people at a time and wear a mask. This makes sense do to the size of customer area. so no large groups, handle business, and leave. Appointments are not required, but probably a good idea.
