Not what it used to be. Floor and tables dirty and sticky. Sat next to a filthy table covered in half eaten food and dirty napkins. Never bussed. Not even busy. Chicken and dumplings tasted sour. Shame. Used to like it. Next time cracker barrel.
Update: Closed. Not surprised.

I ordered food through doordash and the order was wrong. I called to tell them and they put me on hold for nearly 10 mins and never came back. I called back at least 5 times and they started automatically putting me on hold without answering. (It was a younger black lady and I'm black too so let's not pull the "race card" I'm just letting the readers know in case they come in contact with this same person). I am 7 months pregnant with two very small children so to make these little stops are really a hassle right now so that's my purpose of ordering the take out and they failed me. No one would accept my call to rectify the problem. I've been a loyal customer at folks for over 20 years but they definitely just lost a customer today!

I absolutely love folks kitchen. Every time I order from them my food is always good. The customer service is on point the food doesn't take long at all to get to you and the best thing about it is that it's not too pricey. The food is very affordable and they give you a lot. They also have the best Mississippi mud pie and I would highly suggest you try it out if you ever come here. It's so addictive

It was horrible!!! The wait time was ridiculous and my food was cold!!! Im never going back!!!
