      image I've had mixed experiences here, to be honest. Most of the time, it's better to just walk in and order. They usually treat me better in-store. For some reason, the drive-through service can be rude sometimes and might even mess up your order.

      image Poor customer service. I was given raw biscuits. When I sent a video to KFC showing the biscuits. The Manager (Delores) told me they were done. I told her they werent. She disputed me. Told me to freeze the biscuits and return them.
