I have lived for 10 years in this country and The Foundry Duluth is the best place I have lived in. TFD is a quiet apartment complex, it is very pretty and spacious. There are a lot of green areas, nice pool, nice dog park and a gym. The apartments are very spacious. TFD has a great location. Office staff is nice and friendly and the maintenance team is fast and efficient. I love my apartment and I love TFD. I give it 5 stars.

This place is a joke had a friend apply here and sent his stubs in and a offer letter for his new 2nd job they didnt accept it and wanted him to wait until he gets his first check gets his first check and now they saying the document is a fraud but they also refuse to verify his employment and mind you he was emailed literally 2mins after sending it saying its a fraud. Why ask for employment information if youre not going to verify it? Why say you accept offer letters when you dont? All they want is application fee and admin fees to be paid it was all contact up until he paid then it none and instead of verifying his employment they just emailed him his application was canceled and they would not discuss it further with him

Blanca and staff was super amazing!!!! I am so thankful that Blanca took the time to process my application and kept me informed and updated along the way. Repairs of my Kitchen cabinet hanging off wall completed expeditiously. Previously was my toilet tank repair completed same day as well.
