Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

I'm am only giving one star, since work was completed well. But the location and staff have serious customer service issues. I was given an estimate and told work would take up to 3 Maaco days to complete. Once 3rd day came was given excuse that body guy didn't start the work. Miquel took $50 off the bill. 2 days later. I was told he had to fire 2 employees, and body guy didn't come in. He took another $50 off bill. The next day, Friday car still wasn't ready. Took another $50 off bill, and was told car would be ready for pick-up, on Saturday. I arrived Saturday morning. Location not open. Hours state 9am- 12pm. I waited no one ever showed up. Called cell number listed on door. No answer. Finally called Customer service. Was told they had no information for me and my complaint would be escalated, and I should get a call back Monday. I had to immediately rent a car, since I was scheduled to go out of town. Monday morning. Waited at location to speak with Miquel. Location opening time on weekdays is 8am. No one there. Miquel didn't show until about 8:40am. This time was told car wasn't finished due to broken compressor issue. When asked why he didn't just secure another one. Miquel replied. Call corporate. I called Customer service again. Was told no one was assigned to my case as yet and that a call would take a few days. On Tuesday. Miquel left message to say my car was ready. That was the only time he called, throughout the whole ordeal. I arrived to location to find the paint job decent, but car wasn't washed at all. Windsheild was covered in writing they left. When asked to get it off, a sloppy job was done. Left residue. I asked about the cost of my rental, due to issues surrounding pick up. Was told again to call corporate. Something shady is going on at this location. I asked Miquel who owned this franchise. He replied he didn't know, yet he has keys and is being paid by someone. I am still waiting to speak with person from Customer service to get this all resolved. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Maaco should know better!!

Don't bring your car to this shop. They don't even have my business yet and they treat a potential customer rudely . Miguel got my call and I was asking a couple of questions . He hang up on me when I told him I want my car to be painted before I install the engine so the engine bay can be painted. He might not want what he was hearing but the least he could have done is be nice to a potential customer. I wonder what their customer service look like when they already have you hooked and have your car in their possession in which you are at their mercy ? I guess the feedbacks left so far about this company speaks for themselves. Never would I ever go to this business and will let everyone I know my experience with them so they can be avoided.

I was extremely disappointed at the service received at this Maaco location.. I chose Maaco because I used the service 10 years ago to paint my Lexus LX 470. I must say that I am so disappointed at the service.. They did not do anything they said.. I came to pick my car up twice.. My car was not ready.. Very disappointed!!
