Never use these guys for your mortgage as they have absolutely the worst customer service. I actually pulled my loan on the day of closing. That’s how bad they are. These clowns actually thought I would close the loan without ever speaking live to my loan officer who by the way is MIA (Aaron) and so was his boss Max. Clearly one of the worst lenders ever.

Provident Funding has provided excellent customer service in our situation. The rate provided and the process for obtaining the loan was great. I have contacted customer service with a few questions and always received immediate help. Our rate was the best in the market at the time.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! By far the worst staff I have ever talked to!!!!!!!!! They don’t care about you. Find a different company to work with when it comes to your money.

My father has is lending through this company. I handle my fathers bills and I receive everything in the mail. I was not aware of the increase in his monthly bill I sent in his bill they return the payment. I was not aware of the increase in the bill when we got a phone call we were happy to pay the increase and pay the next months bill. I just asked them to waive the fee because it was the 2nd month of the change and it was just brought to my attention about the payment change. The customer service rep stated that he was not able to waive the fee. I asked to speak with the supervisor. Her name was Julia and I asked if she could please waive the fee. She stated that she was not able to do that because she had to think of her investors and the audit they the company receives. They would not look at his payment history or any information. They would not waive the fee because of the audit and they they do not look at the information. This company is just out for the look of the investors and they do not look at the 9 years my father pays his bills on time. I would not recommend them.
