        Although the wait time is crazy they will do everything in their power to make sure your needs are meet before leaving the office. The employees there are informative and knowledgeable. My whole process was smooth thanks to them. Side note* They do not take walk-ins anymore so make sure you make an appointment.

        Horrible place everyone knows your business they have you with all the other girls in one room waiting 4 hours with no phone they dont care their rude have attitudes no follow up you have to call and make appointment coast too much for ultrasound

        I am so thankful to God for the amazing employees that assisted my wife and I at A Preferred Women Health Center in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Christian, CSR Ms. Shelly and all of the great women that work behind the desk helped save my wifes life while battling a rare disease called Hyperemesis Gravidarum. This disease prevents you from digesting any food or liquid while pregnant. My wife hadnt eaten in almost 2 weeks so we drove to the clinic in the middle of the night. After explaining the severity of my wifes condition, these wonderful women jumped into action to give my wife the assistance that she needed. I will never forget Ms. Christian and CSR Ms. Shelly! They are the definition of compassion. These women will forever be our super heroes! God bless them and their families. And thank you to A Preferred Women Health Center in Charlotte, NC.
