Rick's Tree Removal & Stump Grinding LLC

Ghosted me twice. I called about a job and he said he would come later that day at a specific hour. He didn't show up and didn't call. The next day against my better judgement I called back. He said he would come out in 40 minutes to do an estimate, he showed up an hour later. He did the estimate and said someone would send paperwork and they would do the job the following week. 2 weeks later no paperwork, the job hasn't been done, and I haven't heard a word from him. There are plenty of other companies that might want the business, it's time to move on.

Rick was quick to come out and quote the job, make suggestions and explain how he and his guys were going to accomplish the work. His estimate was very reasonable. Rick and his team did an outstanding job as well as a few extras. They left my yard clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Ricks Tree Service to anyone. Used him once and he did a great job! Tried to use him again. He kept telling me he was going to come do the job ( told me 4 different times he would be out) finally sent him a text that said if you dont have time or just dont want to do the job just let me know. Heard nothing from that text sent on 3-22-22 And my first contact with him was in February. I like Rick. I think he has more on his plate than he can handle. I just need or want someone who will do what they say. Service: Tree stump grinding
