        I am not sure what has happened to this company that I have been with for years! I paid for an order online like I have done many times with a delivery timeframe of 4/2-4/11. As of today I still have not received my order. I have called several times to my local office and I get transferred to people talking like robots reading from a script with no clue about my late delivery. Every phone call I was promised a call back from the delivery department which I haven't received yet! I am very frustrated and keep in mind this order is already paid for with a huge price increase and I can't get any answers.

        Avoid this company. They have no local office and if you make it through the automation you end up in a call center in Pakistan or India. I am almost a month in trying to get propane in my tank having taken two days off from work just to try and get my tank refilled. I purchased a house with an in-ground tank of theirs and am stuck with them for now. You dont have to be.
