I called on 2/6 for an appointment for my sons car. Deanna told me they are about 2 weeks out and not allowed to put anyone on the schedule yet. She told me to call back in a week for an appointment. I was willing to wait 2 weeks to support a local business. I called again on 2/16 (Friday) and she told me they aren't putting anyone on the schedule for the following week yet but to call back Monday for an appointment. I called Monday 2/19 for her to tell me they are still backed up and can't put me on the schedule. I told her that she has now had me call back 3 times, starting 2 weeks ago, to put me on the schedule and is telling me the same thing again for the third time. She put me on hold to talk to "Nick" and came right back to tell me they still can't put me on the schedule. Why not just be honest from the beginning and say it will be a very long time and let the business go elsewhere? Instead, they led me to believe they would get me on the schedule in 2 weeks. I patiently waited, TRYING to support local, only to be misled. I'll take it to Columbus before I take it to a place that is misleading from the very beginning. Be honest.
