I recommend Acworth Flowers & Plants x 1000000! Easy to order and wonderful service! Ordering flowers from a different country (I'm currently in Brazil) is no easy task; however, this has been by far the smoothest ride for me. Polite and very accomodating staff (Sarah was amazing over the phone--super nice). Really beautiful sunflower arrangement put together with an immense attention to detail and love. Delivered on time as promised! I will be ordering from them again for sure!

EDITED MAY 9 2022: What an absolute joke. My husband called today about the flower arrangement he ordered for my FIRST MOTHER'S DAY that never showed up (see May 7th update). Their excuse? "We were busy." I've worked in several customer service roles in my life, and never EVER in my LIFE has "we were busy" been a valid excuse for poor customer service. You get the job done, no excuses. Either tell people you're not longer accepting orders, or work as many hours as necessary to fulfill the orders you took. Don't take orders you can't fulfill. Ever heard of "under promise, over deliver?" Clearly not. I'm most upset by how hurt my husband is over this situation. He tried almost a week in advance to make my first Mother's Day special with a beautiful floral arrangement and this business ruined his surprise. He's so upset. I'm so upset. Bottom line: get your floral arrangements from a shop that actually has their act together and actually cares about their customers. EDITED MAY 7 2022: I am so disappointed in this business. My husband just came to me and told me I was supposed to have a floral arrangement arrive by 7pm today for my FIRST Mother's day. As of 6:30pm, still no flowers. According to my husband, he called Acworth Flowers on Tuesday, and was immediately told by someone named Haley or Kaley they were "too busy" to take his order at that time and would call him Wednesday morning (Hi, rude and unprofessional!). They never called, so he called again Wednesday morning to place his order. Because of previous issues with this business (see original review below), he was promised preferential treatment and prompt service. My husband checked our credit card today and realized they never even charged our card. So now this special day that he planned for almost a week in advance is ruined thanks to Acworth Flowers. Did I mention tomorrow is my first Mother's Day? Just checking. Just to be perfectly clear, we will no longer be using this flower shop for future floral needs. Original Review: February 14, 2022: I have received three beautiful arrangements over the past two months for different occasions and sent one to a friend that was equally as stunning from this shop. For the arrangement I received for Valentine's day, there was a bit of a mix-up, but I called and the situation was corrected immediately and without question. The woman I spoke to was very apologetic and did not hesitate to correct the error. Excellent customer service. My husband and I will continue to use this shop for future floral needs.

Ive placed 3 orders with Acworth Flowers & Plants now and all 3 times I received such overwhelming reactions from people who receive them. The staff is kind and professional - they also go above and beyond every single time!! So glad I found this gem of a business!
