Always have problems with these guys. They communication sucks and there work attributes is terrible. Would not recommend. Working with these guys

Has left me sitting now for 3 hrs while justin continues to tell me 15 mins.ill never use these people again and I hope you don't!! Day 2 of trying to get the same trucks of concrete for the same job.with a 2 day notice for 930 am John the plant manager doesn't know nor does he really care about costing me money on my end.i really think John the plant manager has no idea how to manage anything especially his customer service! His excuse today I only have 3 trucks I'm doing the best I can, well John your best is by far incompetent! If you only have 3 trucks I guess you need to tell someone to call someone else you are overbooked and can't do it. You are not professional you are not managerial material.i hope John and all his competent managing seniors read this.have a nice day John!
