I've been going here for years, but should've stopped a long time ago because their customer service is so bad. One woman, Rose, is the only one in all my time going here that has been so professional and kind. There have been others who have been nice, but they have no shame when it comes to money. The woman who worked on my eyebrows today did a good job, and was nice. However, when it came time to pay, I asked for clarification about a price because I noticed it went up. She replied, "I work here, I know how much the prices are." Then, when it came time to tip, she's standing right behind me seeing how much I would give, and that was the last straw. I got flustered and irritated and didn't tip (which I should've because regardless of her lack of professionalism, she provided a service, so this was a mistake on my part) and she says "You're not going to tip me? I work here." My sister used to come here all the time too, but she stopped going a while back because of the horrible customer service, and I'm doing the same. Service: Eyebrow threading
