I can’t say anything but great things about FFA. Both my wife and I continue to have great experiences here. More importantly, our child loves going to “school” here every day. Even in a pandemic, they keep the children as safe as they can and keep us parents promptly notified of concerns.

My daughter has just moved up to the Big 2 little 3 class and we are excited about her growth. She has spent the last 8 months at Five Forks Academy, and I must say we are very very pleased with our decision for her to attend. From day one Rokeya and Ann have both been totally transparent. They have gained the confidence of my wife and I. Not to mention my daughter is thrilled to go to school daily. I can’t forget about her teachers Angela and Dawn. They are an awesome group of teachers. At times my daughter would come home and say, “I want to go home with Ms. Angela or Ms. Dawn.” That means a lot to us. They truly impacted her. We are excited about the transition. We are very optimistic it will only get better. Thank you Five Forks Academy.

The school itself is aesthetically pleasing they also offer hands-on class experience for the kids however the manager that they have they are named Rukiya is very unprofessional and takes her job to a personal level. She allows her emotions and feelings about a parent or a child interrupt business. The staff is afraid of her and they don’t respect her because the way she deals with them is very unprofessional and emotionless. The owner mess and seems to allow her to do what she wants to do and sides with her no matter what a parent explains. They kick children out if they have any type of issues with no notice and complain if a child has struggles with fighting or connecting with other children well. They also make you Drop the kids off before 10 AM unless you call them to tell them where you are. I personally do not appreciate having to call an establishment that I paid to tell them where I am app before I can bring my child. I wish there was another manager at this facility because it is a phenomenal place once ran correctly. A lot of parents move their children from the school because of this manager and the unfairness that is done to these children.
