        I went in for promotion 2 for $80 unlimited w/free Samsung A20 phone when porting over from another carrier. Went home happy. Next day received a text that bill will be $105. Went back to store and was told by another associate Jennifer made an error and the store can't do anything about it. I left calmly, called Metro and found out she add services I didn't ask for. I was changed to 2 for $80 plan over the phone. I won't come back here.

        I wish I could remember the lady's name but she made changes to my account without my knowledge and my account was unable to be put back on the plan I had been on for years. All for a free phone promotion that I was informed was for her benefit. I won't be back to this location. Ever.
