Save your money! We bought a Maytag washer/ dryer set from them in June if 2017. The dryer will not heat. We bought the extended warranty at the time of purchase, so we called them. All we got was the run around. No one knew what was going on and we couldnt get anyone to let us know when someone could check on the dryer. I called ApplianceSmart and the lady there just kept giving me the warranty phone number even though I informed her that we had already reached out to them. So, after two days of the warranty company stringing is along, we went to the ApplianceSmart store. The manager calls the warranty company and basically, ApplianceSmart didnt register our warranty with the company when we bought it. The manager is a complete joke and all he could say is Im going to email our service department for someone to come look at it. He couldnt even take responsibility for them not registering the warranty. He couldnt even guarantee when someone would come to check the dryer. Their customer service and products arent worth your time. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I went to the store recently and it was too hot!!! Hotter inside than it is outside and although the store associates offered me a water it was hot enough to stand that heat!!! AMAZING customer service from our associate Kobi, but way too hot!
