Within the first six months of being a first time homebuyer four years ago, I experienced my first HVAC system mechanical woe. I immediately called Heat In Heat Out for consultation and repair. Even though the company is based in Lithonia, Billy Joe traveled to Cobb County to service my unit. He identified the problem, quoted me a fair price, repaired it immediately and followed up to ensure that the system was operating properly. Additionally, he has installed an upstairs unit in my parents' home and completely installed a unit for an acquaintance's house in Kennesaw.My best friend lives in Conyers, GA and uses Heat In Heat Out for all of HVAC needs as well. Needless to say, I've referred Heat In Heat Out to my best friend and will continue to refer him to others I know that are in need of HVAC services.

I contacted Heat In Heat Out, because no air was flowing from my vents. Joe was able to come by and inspect the unit same day and found that my furnace was clogged with dust and dirt. This was a huge surprise to me, because I had just paid for a full service vent/unit cleaning the week before. Joe got that old furnace (almost time for a replacement) up and running within 20 minutes and saved my family and I from the summer heat. He even followed up to make sure that everything was still running smoothly, and now 3 weeks later it still is. Joe provided outstanding customer service, is very knowledgeable, very professional, and the cost was affordable. I have Heat In Heat Out on speed dial for my heating and air needs.
